1. Dust the furniture regularly.
2. Wipe the wooden surface with a clean microfiber cloth damped in a wood-friendly cleanser. Immediately wipe the moisture with a dry, soft, and lint-free cloth.
3. In case of a spill, blot the stain with a clean, dry cloth in a gentle manner. Please make sure you do not use coarse material or rub the spot briskly.
4. Over time, exposure to air and sunlight may change the colour of wood & Fabric. To prevent fading, avoid placing the product in direct sunlight.
5. Keep sharp objects away from your furniture to avoid cuts and scratches.
6. Avoid chemical and alcohol contact with the furniture as it might harm the natural finish and durability of the product.
7. Ensure that the furniture does not have any exposure to moisture and water or heat sources like HVAC vents or radiators.
8. Get your furniture cleaned professionally every 6-8 months to take care of the corners and sides you cannot reach. Such professional cleaning leads to a longer life and durability of the product.
9. Wood may expand or contract with seasonal changes and changes in humidity. Maintaining consistent levels of humidity will minimize movement in the wood and prevent warping.
10. Avoid dropping heavy materials directly on the surface of the furniture.
11. Do not drag the furniture to relocate it, as this might weaken the joints. Instead, lift the wooden furniture if you want to move it.

Your neudot Engineered Wood products come with an (12 months) One year warranty.

To avail the warranty:

•  At the time of delivery, examine the product carefully for damaged parts. If any part of the product arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hrs of the receipt of delivery. We will arrange a replacement.
• Please contact us to report damaged items upon delivery within 48 hrs from the time of successful delivery.
• We reserve the right to request for images or videos of such damage.
•  If the physical damage is not reported within 3 days of receipt of delivery, claims of damage will not be considered valid.

neudot Lifestyle warranty covers the following under normal intended use conditions:Warranty valid for 1 year from the date of delivery only on the manufacturing defects.
The warranty does NOT cover the following:

1. Any physical damage reported post 48 hrs of receipt of delivery.
2.  Normal wear and tear with time.
3. Wood Grains, Colour shade and patterns will vary from the product to product and won’t be an exact match as displayed on www.neudot.in.
4.  Copies of the images from www.neudot.in or www.google.com or any other source are not valid, only live images are accepted for claim.
5. Damages due to the usage of the product beyond its intended use and wear & tear in the natural usage course of the product. Please check your neudot product carefully at the time of delivery.

The warranty is NOT applicable in the following conditions:

1. If not installed by a carpenter assigned by neudot.
2. Furniture moved from one location to another.
3. Any modifications or alterations made to the products post purchase.
4. Not following the care instructions.
