1.How do I sign up with neudot?

You can sign up with neudot through your google account, or even with your email address. Once the OTP is verified, you will be required to enter your basic details like name and email and that's it. Done!

2.Am unable to login to my account?

 If you are not getting OTP then use resend button to retrigger OTP after 60 seconds 
 If you are still unable to login, Try an alternate Email ID.

3.Why do I need to provide an alternate mobile number ?

We collect your alternate number in case we are unable to reach you on your registered mobile number. However, this is completely optional.

4.How do I know if my location is serviceable?

You can check the serviceability of your location by entering your pin code either on the homepage of the website or on the description page of the particular product. Please note, not all products are serviceable to all locations.

5.My location is unserviceable. What can I do?

Apologies for the inconvenience. If your pincode is not serviceable for a particular product. However, we are working towards expanding our services pan India.

6.Location is unserviceable after order placement. What can I do?

The chances of this happening is extremely rare. We express our sincere apologies. Please contact our customer care team for the next steps.

7.How do I cancel my Order?

You can cancel or modify  your order by calling our customer support number or by emailing us on Supports@neudotfurniture.com
Please note: you can only cancel the order before it is shipped.

    8.Can I schedule the delivery at a specified time?

    The furniture category like sofa, bed and wardrobe, we shall call to check your availability before delivering the items.

    9.Are there any installation charges that I need to pay post delivery?

    Our products are installed by carpenters within 24 to 48 from the time of delivery, free of cost.

    10.The delivery agent asked me for money for installation. What should I do?

    This is not the expected behaviour and we apologise for the inconvenience caused. Please contact our customer care team so that they can assist you.

    11.Will I need to place any request for the installation?

    Usually installation happens within 24 to 48 hrs from the time of delivery and no request needs to be placed. It is absolutely free.

    12.What if the installation does not happen?

    In case we are unable to install the product within 48 hrs, you can reach out to us on our customer support so that we can manually arrange for the installation.

    13.Can installation be done at a different location

    No, at the moment we do not offer this service.

    14.I received a damaged product. What should I do?

    We recommend not to unpack the product until the carpenter visits your place. Once the carpenter is available please unpack and check if there is any internal damage and notify us on the same day so that we can escalate and solve the issue.

    15.Are there any charges for return or replacement?

    No, There are no charges on return or replacement.

    16.After how long will I get the refund after returning the order?

    The refund will be initiated once the item is picked up from your location. And the refund will be processed in 5 - 7 business days.

    17.What is the mode of payment for refunds?

    Refund value is credited to the source account in case of online payment.

    18.I still haven’t gotten the refund. What should I do?

    • Usually, The refund is initiated once the pick up is done and usually processed in 7 to 10 business days.
    • If you still haven’t gotten the refund after 7 to 10 days, Requesting you to reach out to our customer support.


    19.Can I get the refund to a different account?

    In case of prepaid orders, The refund is processed to the original source of payment.

    20.My amount got debited but the order is not created. Will i get the refund automatically?

    In such cases, we are usually awaiting the response of your payment from the payment gateway. In case it is successful, the order will be confirmed. However, if it fails, your amount would be refunded automatically.
