Replacement

Furniture Products are eligible for a replacement if they are received in a damaged or defective condition that must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or installation. The product is to be unpacked by the neudot technician only.

Any physical damage reported post 48 hours from the date of delivery & installation of the product is not eligible for replacement.

Only manufacturing defects reported within 10 days from the date of delivery & installation of the product will be entertained.

At the time of installation/delivery, whichever is applicable, examine the product carefully for damaged parts. If any part of the product arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of the receipt of delivery/installation.

We will arrange a full replacement only if more than 2 parts are damaged. In case only 1 or 2 panels are damaged then we will arrange for the part replacement only.

We reserve the right to request images and videos to process the Full replacement.

HOW TO INITIATE A REPLACEMENT


Call the neudot Support Team on +91 8925802360 or email at supports@neudotfurniture.com to raise your replacement request.

Your replacement request will be validated by our support team in 24-48 hours.

You will be notified every step of the way through email.

We will dispatch your replacement within 7-8 business days post-validation of the request.

Once your replacement product is delivered, we will arrange the reverse pick for the damaged or defective product on the same day or within 7-8 business days.
