Price

The prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST. neudot lifestyle private limited/neudot reserves the right to change the prices at its discretion without informing the customer.

Shipping and delivery

  • We partner with third-party logistic service providers for shipping and delivering products purchased from the neudot channel. An estimated delivery timeline will be provided to you at the time of order confirmation. We will send details about your orders to the email address or mobile number you provided. While we usually use our Logistic Partners for product delivery, we reserve the right to ship and deliver products ourselves, without involving any third-party service providers. The expected delivery time is between 3 to 10 working days.
  • While we make efforts to deliver our products throughout Bangalore, Karnataka, we reserve the right to designate certain areas as unserviceable for product delivery. In such cases, neither we nor our Logistic Partners will be able to process orders for those areas on the neudot channel. If an area is deemed unserviceable, we will notify users when placing an order. You can also verify if an area is unserviceable by entering the respective area pin-code on the neudot channel.
  • To ensure timely delivery of purchased products, we may request specific information from you, including your name, shipping address, billing address, landmarks, and contact details. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information on the neudot channel for proper identification of the delivery location. You understand that you will be solely liable if we fail to deliver the purchased products due to incorrect or insufficient information provided by you. We will not be held liable for any consequences resulting from your failure to provide accurate and complete information.
  • We will make every effort to deliver the purchased product to your specified address within the estimated delivery timeline. If you are unavailable to accept the delivery, our Logistic Partners will make up to three delivery attempts. If the third attempt is unsuccessful and you remain unavailable, we may cancel the order at our discretion and arrange for the return of the product to us. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping and delivery charges incurred by us when processing any refunds.
  • While we strive to deliver purchased products to you within the notified timeline, you understand and accept that delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including logistical issues, unsuitable weather conditions, political disruptions, acts of God, and other unforeseeable circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any such delays by sending a notification to your registered email address or mobile number. We are not liable for any consequences arising from our failure to notify you of delivery delays. Additionally, we are not obligated to provide compensation for any claims arising from shipment or delivery delays or the use of purchased products.
  • We strive to engage Logistic Partners, employees, and agents who demonstrate high ethics, integrity, professionalism, competence, and good manners. However, we acknowledge that we cannot control or monitor every action of the delivery individuals. As we facilitate the delivery of purchased products, we are not liable for any acts or omissions by our delivery agents, employees, or personnel, or by the Logistic Partner and their respective employees, agents, or personnel. This includes any deficiencies in service, wrong deliveries, delivery delays, package tampering, etc. Any issues arising between you and the delivery personnel or employees of the Logistic Partner must be resolved independently by you. We are not responsible for settling, mediating, or resolving disputes between you and the delivery personnel.
  • After placing an order on the neudot channel, we hand over the purchased product to our Logistic Partner and provide you with a unique tracking identity number. You can use this number on the neudot channel or the Logistic Partner's website or app to track the delivery status and estimated time. Our customer service team collaborates with the logistics Partners to ensure timely delivery and real-time tracking updates. Please note that we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the tracking status due to potential time lags and technical issues beyond our control.
  • We reserve the right to charge shipping fees for products, which may vary depending on factors such as product value, type, delivery area, and payment method. You agree that we can collect shipping and delivery fees on behalf of the Logistic Partner. If a shipping fee is charged for a purchased product, it will not be refunded unless the product is defective, damaged, deficient, or incorrect (subject to our verification). You understand that the title and risk of the products pass to you upon delivery.
  • We facilitate the return of purchased products through our reverse logistics partners. Once you request a return on the neudot channel and we acknowledge it, our reverse logistics partners will contact you to collect the products. Returns and exchanges are processed in accordance with our Cancellation, Return, and Refund policy.

Payment

Payment for neudot products are made on the website. All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. You can also pay using UPI.

Force Majeure Event

We will not be liable or take responsibility for any failure to perform, delay in performance, or any other obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).

A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission, accident or Act of God beyond our reasonable control.

Our performance under any contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

Product Availability

In case of unavailability of one or more neudot products, the customer will be notified by email or telephone. The amount paid will be recalculated and the customer will be refunded for the unavailable product. In case no products are available, customers will be notified by an email or telephone and will be fully refunded.

Offers and Coupons

Neudot Lifestyle Private Limited / neudot will introduce offers, discounts and coupon codes on a time- to- time basis and this will be completely at the discretion of the brand. neudot reserves the right to withdraw the offers and coupons without any notification.

neudot coupon codes can be redeemed only on purchases made through www.neudotfurniture.com

neudot discount codes are only available on full purchases, paid up front. neudot Lifesytle Private Limited / neudot cannot take responsibility for discount codes published without permission on third-party websites. Discount codes may be subject to additional terms and conditions (including an expiry date/time) which will be shared at the point of publication. All discount codes are subject to availability and only one code can be used per order.

Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

  1. Returns are not acceptable on products once sold.
    2. During installation, if the parts having manufacturing defects, panel missing, Panel damage during installation will be replaced later.
    3. Please reach out to our customer support to report damaged items upon delivery. We reserve the right to request for images or video of such damage. All claims for damage ascertainable under initial inspection must be reported within 48 hrs two days from the receipt of delivery. Thereafter, replacement for any physical damage reported will be invalid.

10 Days Replacement Only

  • Only manufacturing defects reported within 10 days from the date of delivery & installation of the product will be entertained
  • At the time of installation/delivery, whichever is applicable, examine the product carefully for damaged parts. If any part of the product arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of the receipt of delivery/installation. We will arrange a replacement.
  • We reserve the right to request images and videos of claimed damage.
  • If the physical damage is not reported within 24 hours from the date of receipt of delivery, claims of damage will not be considered valid.

REFUND

Once the item is cancelled, the refund is processed after the product has been picked up from the delivery location.

Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment only(Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Digital Wallets or UPI Account).

 

If you have availed EMI option - incase of full refund the amount is credited to your original mode of payment. However, incase of partial refunds, the refund is initiated through NEFT transaction to your bank account so that the remaining EMI is not lapsed.

Any cashback earned on the order prior to the cancellation will be deducted from neudot credits. If the same cashback has been used completely or partially to place another order, the cashback amount will be deducted from the refund amount of the cancelled product.

There can be variations depending on the T&Cs of the financial service provider and time at which return is sought.

Refund Timelines

Original Mode Of Payment

Once the refund is initiated, the refund amount gets credited to your original mode of payment in 7-10 business days. The refund timeline for various modes is provided below.

  • Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking/UPI Account within  4-5 Business Days
  • Offline (NEFT) - Within 7-10 Business Days

WARRANTY

Your neudot Engineered Wood products come with an (12 months) One year warranty.
To avail the warranty:
1. At the time of delivery, examine the product carefully for damaged parts. If any part of the product arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hrs of the receipt of delivery. We will arrange a replacement.
2. Please contact us to report damaged items upon delivery within 48 hrs from the time of successful delivery.
3. We reserve the right to request for images or videos of such damage.
4. If the physical damage is not reported within 3 days of receipt of delivery, claims of damage will not be considered valid.
neudot Lifestyle warranty covers the following under normal intended use conditions:
Warranty valid for 1 year from the date of delivery only on the manufacturing defects.
The warranty does NOT cover the following:
1. Any physical damage reported post 48 hrs of receipt of delivery.
2. Normal wear and tear with time.
3. Wood Grains, Colour shade and patterns will vary from the product to product and won’t be an exact match as displayed on www.neudotfurniture.com
4. Copies of the images from www.neudotfurniture.com or www.google.com or any other source are not valid, only live images are accepted for claim.
5. Damages due to the usage of the product beyond its intended use and wear & tear in the natural usage course of the product. Please check your neudot product carefully at the time of delivery.

The warranty is NOT applicable in the following conditions:
1. If not installed by a carpenter assigned by neudot.
2. Furniture moved from one location to another.
3. Any modifications or alterations made to the products post purchase.
4. Not following the care instructions.
